Leads are sold as-is

Lead information is self-reported by property owners. We make reasonable efforts but do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, value estimates, zoning notes, or current availability of any lead. Estimated values and timelines are indicative, not appraisals.

All sales are final

Because a lead's contact details are revealed immediately on payment, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.

Acceptable use

Unlocked contact details are licensed to you for your own direct, lawful outreach to that owner. You may not resell, redistribute, or use them to build or enrich third-party marketing lists.

Your compliance obligations

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws when contacting owners, including CASL, PIPEDA, CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, the Australian Privacy Act and Spam Act 2003, and all real-estate, mortgage and lending regulations and licensing requirements in your jurisdiction.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
