Who we are

UpZoned Club ("we", "us") operates a marketplace that connects property owners in rezoned areas with professionals (realtors, lenders, developers, investors) who wish to contact them.

Information owners give us

When a property owner submits their details, we collect their name, contact details, property location, and the comments they choose to share. Owners consent to our sharing these details with vetted partner professionals as part of being matched.

What buyers see

Before purchase, buyers see only an owner's approximate area (city, state/province and ZIP/postal code), property attributes, and the owner's comments. A buyer receives the owner's full name, phone, email and street address only after completing payment for that specific lead.

Information buyers give us

Buyers create an account with their name, email, optional company and phone, and buyer type. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

Your choices

Owners may ask us to remove their information at any time by emailing payments@upzoned.club. Buyers may close their account on request.
